How can I purchase tickets?
Purchase tickets in advance at the RP Funding Center Box Office during regular business hours or the day of a show. Call the Box Office at 863-834-8111 during regular business hours or on our after hours ticketing line at 888-397-0100. Purchase tickets online on our site or on www.tickets.com. For Group Sales (10 or more tickets), call 863-834-8137.
RP Funding Center Subscription Packages can be purchased through the Box Office. Call 863-834-8111 or visit the RP Funding Center Box Office. Single ticket purchases for Broadway Series performances can be made online, by phone or in person at a later on-sale date.
How can I get my tickets delivered to me?
Pickup: You may choose to pick up your tickets in person at any time during regular business hours. Please indicate "Will Call" if purchasing online.
Email: We can email your tickets directly to your inbox, allowing you to print turnstile-ready tickets at your convenience.
Will Call: The evening of the performance, bring your Photo I.D. to one of the Box Office windows to retrieve your tickets.
Mail: We will send your tickets to you through the mail. This option incurs a $5 charge and is unavailable if tickets are purchased one weeks or less before the show.
Accessible seats are available in all price levels. Companion tickets may be purchased with each accessible ticket. Please indicate when buying tickets if you require accessible seating. Please visit our Accessible Services page for more information.
For most events, children under the age of two are not required to have a ticket but they must be seated on a parent's or guardian's lap. However, should you wish for your child to have their own seat, a ticket is required. Shows intended for a younger audience (i.e. Sesame Street Live) usually require that children over the age of one have a ticket. PLEASE NOTE: Ticketing policies for children vary for each performance. Please check the event's ticketing policies before purchasing.
In the event of a cancellation, tickets may only be returned to the original point of purchase for a refund.
No refunds or exchanges are offered, except for cancelled performances.
Do tickets include services charges or convenience fees?
Tickets purchased are typically subject to a per ticket charge, and in many cases, delivery prices will also be charged. When we quote a price for you over the phone or in person, these charges are already included in your price. Service charges cover all the costs that allow the RP Funding Center to provide you multiple ways to purchase Tickets.
Service Charges also help us to provide the services to guarantee the refund of the base cost of your ticket(s) due to show or event cancellation. Service charges are non-refundable. Please call us anytime to get complete pricing information. Purchasing tickets online or through the 24-hour ticketing service may incur additional charges.
