AED Locations

RP Funding Center is equipped with four automated external defibrillator (AED). In the event of an emergency, please notify the nearest staff member.

Alcoholic Beverages

No outside alcoholic beverages may be brought onto the premise. Florida and Federal Law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of twenty-one (21). Therefore, guests are required to show proper identification and proof of age when purchasing alcoholic beverages at RP Funding Center. We offer several full-service bars for many of our performances that feature cocktails, wine & beer. We encourage guests to drink responsibly and not to drive after drinking.

Animals

Properly restrained service animals are permitted to assist disabled persons requiring their services.

ATM Machines

There is one ATM machine located between Entrance 1 and Entrance 2, near Jenkins Arena.

Backstage Passes

Backstage passes may not be purchased and are not available through RP Funding Center.

Bag Searches

Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC are permitted. This includes clear backpacks, clear fanny packs, and clear cinch bags. Small, non-clear bags that do not exceed 6" x 9" in size, with or without a handle or strap are allowed into the Center. Medical and parenting bags are permitted but are subject to additional search procedures.  If there are any questions about our Safety and Security Procedures that may relate to your event please feel free to contact your Event Manager.

Balloons

Helium balloons are only permitted in the Exhibit Hall, Sikes Hall, Theatre Lobby and meeting rooms. If the balloons are inflated on the premises, the tanks must be stored outside the building after all balloons are inflated. Helium balloons are not permitted in the Arena or Theatre House.

Cameras & Recording Devices

Small, non-professional still cameras are permitted into RP Funding Center for certain events. Flash photography is not permitted at any time. Please note: cameras may not be allowed into the facility for certain events. Video, audio, and professional camera and recording devices are prohibited for most ticketed entertainment events. Please check event information for specific camera policies. Fans may not reproduce any film, digital, video or audio recording for commercial purposes without the express written consent of RP Funding Center.

Cancellations

The RP Funding Center's policy is that no refunds are offered, except for cancelled performances. For more information regarding a specific instance, contact the RP Funding Center Box Office at 863-834-8111.

Children’s Admission

For most events, children under the age of two are not required to have a ticket but they must be seated on a parent's or guardian's lap. However, should you wish for your child to have their own seat, a ticket is required. Shows intended for a younger audience usually require that children over the age of one have a ticket. PLEASE NOTE: Ticketing policies for children vary for each performance. Please check the event's ticketing policies before purchasing.

Charities and other non-profit groups requesting donations or auction items from RP Funding Center should submit a written request on their organizational letterhead to:

Door Time

Doors open approximately 60 minutes prior to the start of the event, and doors to the theatre house open 30 minutes prior to the start of the event. However, door times may vary, please contact the Box Office for more information at 863-834-8111.

Drones

RP Funding Center is deemed a No-Fly Zone and as such, drones are strictly prohibited at RP Funding Center.

Emergency Evacuation

Staff members are trained in emergency preparedness and evacuation procedures. Employees will assist patrons with disabilities to safety. In the event of an emergency evacuation, please follow the direction of RP Funding Center staff members to exit the facility in a safe manner.

First Aid

In the event you need emergency attention, please notify the nearest EMT or employee. RP Funding Center Administration office can be contacted by calling 863-834-8100 during regular business hours (8:00AM-5:00PM) Monday-Friday.

Food & Beverage

ALL Concession stands at The RP Funding Center will are cashless.  Only credit card and mobile payments will be accepted. Cashless payments will include credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay.

Guests may not bring outside food and beverage to any RP Funding Center event. Guests not in compliance with this policy will be asked to leave RP Funding Center facility. Tailgating is allowed in the parking lot for some events but you may not bring alcoholic beverages on property.

RP Funding Center offers a variety of concession areas in the Jenkins Arena, Youkey Theatre and Exhibition Hall areas. Concession stands offer delicious fare such as sandwiches, hot dogs, nachos, beverages, etc.  We offer full-service bars for many of our performances that include cocktails, beer & wine.

Guest Conduct

To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment we ask that while visiting RP Funding Center, guests be courteous to those around them and abide by building policies. Guests using foul or abusive language, behaving in an unruly manner or appearing intoxicated are subject to ejection and/or arrest.

Handouts

Distribution of promotional items, handbills, fliers, pamphlets, printed materials, as well as the solicitation of signatures, is not permitted at RP Funding Center without prior written authorization.

Late Seating Policy

Each show determines their seating policy, and RP Funding Center personnel must abide by their regulations. All RP Funding Center Broadway shows will have a 5-10-minute seating hold at the beginning of the performance. Please arrive early.

Lost & Found

Lost and Found is located at RP Funding Center Administration Office. Lost and Found property is not the responsibility of the RP Funding Center. When possible, found items may be held on-site. Any property left unclaimed for over 7 days becomes property of RP Funding Center. For further information, call RP Funding Center Administration at 863-834-8100.

Lost Children or Companions

Lost children should be escorted to the nearest staff member. If you become separated from your child or any member of your party, you will also want to contact the nearest officer or staff member.

Lost tickets

Any lost ticket can be reprinted at the Ticket Office. The person who purchased the tickets along with the proper credit card and photo I.D will be required.

Metal Detectors

The RP Funding Center is increasing security measures to provide the safest environment for our guests. To ensure a safe environment for our guests, metal detectors may be used. If metal detectors are used, guests will be screened upon arrival. Guests in wheel chairs will not go through the metal detectors, but will be screened by alternate methods. Please arrive early as this process can be slow due to the increased security. To speed up the process, please do not bring bags and be prepared to remove all items from your pockets.Any lost ticket can be reprinted at the Ticket Office. The person who purchased the tickets along with the proper credit card and photo I.D will be required.

Merchandise

Many of our shows have merchandise available for purchase.

Parking

Event parking rates vary for each event, held at RP Funding Center. Parking rates for specific events can be found on the parking page.

Re-Entry

Guest must have their tickets scanned out by a member of Guest Services. Once a guest ticket has been scanned out they may not re-enter without their ticket. Please note: some shows may not allow re-entry.

Restrooms

Jenkins Arena - Men’s and Women’s are along the north and south concourse.
Sikes Hall - Men’s and Women’s are located at entrance three and near entrance two.
Youkey Theater - Men’s and Women’s are located within the Theatre.
All restrooms are accessible to persons with disabilities and have baby changing stations.

Security & Screening

All patrons may be subject to a bag search and security check. Plan on passing through security before each event to ensure proper arrival times for an event.

Scalping

Unauthorized selling of tickets is strictly prohibited on RP Funding Center property.

Signs

Signs are permitted if they do not block the view of others, interfere with the event, contain advertising of any form, present a safety hazard or contain political or obscene material. Signs may not be affixed with any type of material that is permanent in nature or that alters the facility in any manner. Poles and sticks are prohibited. Building management reserves the right to remove any signs. Signs may be prohibited, if requested by the event.

Smoking Policy

RP Funding Center is a smoke-free facility. Smoking, including e-cigarettes/vapes, is strictly prohibited inside the facility. Please ask a member of guest services to assist you with locating the closest outdoor smoking area.

Theatre Etiquette

Please silence or turn off all electronic devices during performances. 
Recording of any performance in the Theatre is strictly prohibited. 
Please refrain from talking during the performance. 
Be aware of your surroundings and respect the space of other individuals seated around you. Remove hats or accessories that may obstruct someone's view. 
Many performances enforce a late seating policy. We encourage you to arrive early and be seated before the performance begins. 
Please remain seated throughout the performance. If you must exit the Theatre, we ask you to do so during a scene change, applause, black-out, or intermission. 
Should you arrive after a performance begins, you will be seated when possible and at the discretion of the usher staff. Please inform an usher if you've arrived late and need to be seated. 
As a courtesy to the performers, please wait for the house lights to come on before exiting the theatre at the conclusion of the performance. 

Children and Live Theatre
Attending a live Theatre performance can be a magicial experience for young children. Please make the experience memorable by following these tips below.
Make sure your child is aware that the Theatre will be dark at times and sudden bursts of sound and light may happen. 
If your child becomes restless, frightened, or very loud, please take them to the lobby. 
If seats are available, you may always ask the usher to reseat you towards the back of the Theatre/balcony.

Will Call

When purchasing tickets by you may choose to pick them up at the Box Office Will Call window. The evening of the performance, bring your I.D. to one of the Box Office windows to retrieve your tickets.
